Retour casque

New Here ,
Jun 25, 2020 Jun 25, 2020

Bonjour,

I checked further - you shouldn't be using ASIO4ALL. In the Audient FAQ it says:

"On Windows, you will need to install the Audient iD drivers before using your iD4. This also installs the ASIO drivers required for high performance audio within your DAW or recording software. The drivers for Windows can be downloaded from here: https://audient.com/products/audio-interfaces/id4/downloads/"

If you have this driver installed, then in Audition Edit>Preferences>Audio Hardware you should select ASIO as the drive class, and in the Device setting, you should find the iD4.  I suggest trying this first, before we look for any other reason.

Bonjour,

The driver appears to be installed correctly. In Audition, you need to make sure that the iD4 is assigned as the correct device for playback. What worries me slightly is that you say that you have no sound in the headphones whilst recording. This can only be caused by the iD4 being set incorrectly, as monitoring happens entirely in the box and has nothing to do with Audition at all. I think you need to check carefully with the manual, and make sure that everything is correctly set up.
