On the face of it, this doesn't make any sense at all. If you have a file open in Audition, you can save it. But if it isn't open in Audition, then it's just a file - doesn't need saving in any particular way. If you have an audio file, you can open it in Audition, and then save it in another format if you want. But all you have to do if you have a file on one machine that you want to use on another one is simply save it on something like a USB stick, plug it into the other machine, and use Audition to open it.
Or do you mean something else completely?

Sir,
I am talking about dragging to adobe audition. After I drag a voice file from my Desktop to adobe audition and save I restarted my laptop. Then I could not see that. why?

Where did you tell Audition to save the audio file that you dragged into it and it what format? Was this the Multitrack view or the Waveform view that you dragged the file into?

that was mono file in wav.
