Searching Timeline By Clip Name

Is there a way to search for clips on a multitrack session timeline by the name of the clips?

I had to give names (numbers, really) to every line in some scripts, and it would be able to find them a lot easier if I could search for them by name, rather than scrolling back and forth through a 40-minute timeline for each number. Thanks!

Not that I'm aware of, no, although it would be a useful thing to be able to do on occasions - as you've discovered...

Did this ever become a feature in Audition? The question was asked 5 years ago, but I'm suffering from this same problem myself right now. I've got a huge project with 50+ tracks and I'm struggling to find a clip. Would be so much simpler to use a "reveal clip" feature.
