Hello dear Community,

since like a month I got the problem that everytime I open Adobe Audition CS6, all my shortkey and format presets are not available. Moreover, when I want to edit the shortkey settings to get my workflow back, it appears the sign "Audition has found an error and has to be closed now" The details displayed are (everything translated from German):

So I litterally can't work on nothing with this program currently. I googled the problem and put a new MSVCR100.dll file in the program folder, but it didn't help.

Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance,

Colin
