sound mute on cursor !!!?

Hi, I think I have found that option before, but how to mute the sound track while moving the cursor ? It is way too loud in headphones while going through tracks, thanks !!!

Edit>Preferences>Playback and Recording, and take the check out of Play audio while scrubbing.
