Trimming clips with fades following?

Have a lot of clips with in-/out-fades in multitrack where I´d like to drag en edge to extend the clips - but keeping the same angle at the fades. So I want the fade handle to "follow along" when I drag the clip edge to extend it, in stead of staying and thus extending the fade, which now have to be adjusted in an extra operation after the trimming.

Anyone who know if there is a button to hold while dragging the edge - or a workaround that minimizes the number of clicks?

The only modifiers to fades don't appear to include that option, I'm afraid; effectively they don't allow you to include the first handle of the fade in a selection, unless it's to move an entire clip, when the fade will be retained. But I'd agree that it would be a useful addition.

Ok. Thanks for a quick and clarifying response, Steve! At least, then I can stop searching 🙂

Coming from video editing in FCPX , there are quite a few of the time-/click-saving features there I really miss. Even if I appreciate the far more advanced audio processing tools in Audition. Nothing is perfect, I guess 🙂
