When i import a video clip into Audition, is it possible to trim it's start and end points?

No it isn't - Audition is an audio editor, not a video editor. That's what Premiere is for!

Thanks, that's what I figured.  I just need to sync audio to specific parts of the video and didn't want to make a bunch of extra clips.
