I'm using several iZotope plugins that have all been found and enabled in Plugin Manager, but when I come to open a session with those plugins, I get the error that half of them could not be found. It's like Audition thinks those plugins aren't installed, despite its own plugin manager finding them. They are all VST plugins - Neutron 4, RX 10 De-ess, and Ozone 9.
The same file I'm trying to open works on a Mac, so I believe this is just to do with this specific machine.
I've already reinstalled the plugins and rebooted my machine.
Running Audition build 24.2.0.83 on Windows 11.

Hi, I had a similar problem and in my case the issue was with iZotope installation, not Audition.
Can you confirm if you have the VST3 files installed at the right location? Open Audition Plugin Manager and check the Path for the missing Plug-Ins. If you can't see them there, then iZotope installation didn't work properly, which is what happened in my case.
I contacted iZotope support and they recommended downloading the installers from their website and running them as Administrator, rather than installing from the Portal. After doing that, I had to Rescan the VST3 Plugin folder both in iZotope RX 10 and in Audition, and problem was solved.
Let me know if this helps.

Thanks for this, unfortunately it didn't work for me! The files are all in the right place, but I uninstalled all the plugins and reinstalled them through the installers anyway, and it didn't make a difference. The silliest part is I can add a new effect using the plugins it says is missing, but unfortunately can't do this as a permanent solution as these files are shared amongst several people. So Audition is clearly able to utilise these plugins, just not able to associate them with the existing session I guess...

I have the same issue. Have you managed to solve this?

We did figure out our problem - I'm working on Windows and the rest of the team works on Mac. The plugin presets had been created in MacOS, using a MacOS-specific format rather than VST or VST3. We've recreated the plugins using VST3.
