Where to find RMS values?

Hi. (Again.) 

I need to locate my RMS values for my audio book and I can't seem to find the drop down menu.  I believe it is in the Match To window, but I can't find that either.  Do I need to be in multi-track?

In Waveform view, try Window>Amplitude Statistics, as a start at least.
