Which audio is better?

I am a total newbie in audio / music, so can you, please, say which sounds better? Which one would be better for youtube videos? And is there omething I could do to make it better?

In both samples the frequencies cut off at 19kHz maximum. If I had to call it then the Audition.wav sounded slightly better and much clearer. Audacity.wav sounds like it has plenty of bass in the recording and that seems to have been rolled off in Audition.wav.
