I've hit a point where I don't know what else to do. I've tried everything I know. I have audio from an interview and it sounds like we were in a can. If anyone can give me some advice I would be forever grateful. I'm including two portions of interview footage and the original sound

Have you done anything to the Post audio in Audition to try to improve from the original? Unfortunately you are suffering from poor room acoustics with the microphone too far away from the subject. How did you have the interviewees micced up?

I had it about 8 inches away just out of frame. There were a bunch of kids running around so I had my input pretty low to avoid as much noise from them as I could. Yes the post audio is after I ran parametric eq, graphic eq 20 band, dynamics processing, and even played around with manual pitch at around 83 cents. There's going to be music behind the dialogue so every little reverb doesn't necessarily have to be gone but I've just been banging my head against a wall trying to get that tinny sound out of it.
