frequently i record a 2 hour mix of a DJ set and before i upload the mix i want to scan the file to ensure that the hard drive did not fail causing a glitch in the waveform.
it seems like it would be an obvious problem that could save hours of precious time if we could just scan the file for glitches and mark the waveform for further inspection.
