Evening out volume of multiple voiceovers?

So I recorded a few voiceovers for a tutorial series I'm making. I didn't change any settings on the microphone, but they're all a little bit different from each other. Is there a way I can average them all out? Thanks!

You can use Normalize to make sure that each VO peaks the same. Once you have done that try some Compression from Effects/Amplitude and Compression/Dynamics Processing using the Voiceover preset.
