📝 Bug Report: Folders with numeric names do not show expand arrows in Bridge

Community Beginner ,
Aug 30, 2025 Aug 30, 2025

Product: Adobe Bridge (latest release, macOS Sequoia 15.6)
Issue:
When a folder is named with only numbers (or numbers combined with underscore, e.g. 1200_628), Bridge does not display the expand arrow in the Folders panel — even though the folder actually contains multiple subfolders.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create a folder named 1200_628.

  2. Add several subfolders inside.

  3. Open Bridge and check the Folders panel.

  4. No expand arrow is displayed next to the folder.

Expected Result:
Any folder containing subfolders should display an expand arrow in the Folders panel, regardless of its name.

Impact:
This behavior causes confusion when organizing and navigating large projects with numeric naming conventions, especially in workflows where folder names are version numbers, dimensions, or ID codes.

Request:
Please fix so that Bridge consistently shows expand arrows for all folders containing subfolders, independent of naming scheme.
