Editing EXIF time with 24h and/or AM-PM

When editing capture time there is no way to specify time in 24h or specify AM/PM, so for change time to 22:00:00 I have to set 10:00:00, and then verify if it asumed 10am or 10pm, if it asumed 10am I have to edit the hour individually and raise the value 12 times, and verify again.

Is your system time set to 12 or 24 hour?

It is set to 24h, in any field on Bridge time is shown in 24h format, when editing time is shown in 12h but no AM/PM option.
