Error: "Unable to multiply transform. GDI status: InvalidParameter"

Bridge 15.1.0.625 under Windows 11

A folder of images that I had previously viewed without any problems suddenly brought up the error: "Unable to multiply transform. GDI status: InvalidParameter". No idea what that means.

I had to click OK several times, Bridge displayed several blank thumbnails, then appeared to go back to normal again further down the batch. 

Team, can you explain what caused this, please?

Sounds like a video card issue. Try disabling hardware acceleration in Preferences, and update your video card driver as needed.
