Title: Filter Panel is incomplete - Only shows 3 options after clean reinstall

Hello,
I am having a persistent issue with my Adobe Bridge Filter panel. The panel only displays three filter options: "Date Created," "Date Modified," and "Color Mode." All other standard options like "Rating," "Keywords," "File Type," etc., are missing entirely. The odd thing is the filter by rating randomly disappeared mid-day today
Here is the critical information:
If I click the menu icon (three lines) at the top of the Filter panel, the menu correctly shows "Rating" and all other options as available and checked.
Despite being checked in the menu, these options do not appear in the panel.
I have already performed all standard troubleshooting steps, including:
Resetting the Workspace
Purging the cache
Resetting preferences on startup
A complete, clean reinstall of Bridge (choosing to remove preferences on uninstall).
The problem persists even after the clean installation. A screenshot would just show the three mentioned filters. It seems the panel is failing to render the options that the menu says are enabled.
My Bridge Version is: Bridge 2025 My Operating System is: Sequoia 15.6.1
