Sending Files from Bridge to Media Encoder Broke

Using Bridge (16.0.0.63) and I can no longer send files to (25.6 Build98) Adobe Media Encoder (Tools/Media Encoder/Add to Encoder Queue). Adobe Encoder launches but no files show up in the queue.

Update: I tested this on both Windows 11 and MacOS Tahoe machines, with the same results.
