Hello Adobe
Just tested the new 14.0.1 that I helped you track down the issues for when you connected to my PC. You said that you located the problem and was working it out.
- As usual, with the latest releases, it doesn't help much. There is a SLIGHT performance gain when using cursor DOWN. And I mean a SLIGHT. Going UP is still incredible slow. How that is possible is beyond me 🙂
Also:
- Page up/down is still horribly slow.
- Scrolling with wheel on mouse/wacom pad wheel is still VERY slow.
- Selecting photos and moving around is still VERY slow.
I said this before. Why dont you just scrap 13-14, and go back to 12 again, and start from there? Can you PLEASE be a bit transparent about what is going on with the Bridge Team and the 13-14 release of Bridge? As of now, many of us cant use 13-14 because of the bad performance that was introduced with 13 and keeps haunting us. There MUST be some major thing that happened?
It's the talk of the industry the last months and people are starting to really question what is going on over there. Are you guys OK?
Please inform us of the plan forward because it seems that you are trying to fix something that is very broken and should be replaced.
Thanks. And as usual, with love
// Magnus

Hi guys,
I can only agree with MazStudios. I am a photographer and journalist working daily with Adobe products (Creative Cloud) and Bridge 14.01 is a real nightmare. I am still working with Bridge 12.03.270 as many people do I suppose. What puzzles me is that it takes this long to solve these problems. Come on Adobe, Focus!
Thank you,
Mark
