A few days ago while in Bridge I noticed about half of the thumbnails no longer show the image. Just some kind of default graphic. I noticed in control panel that I got a Bridge update pushed to me 4 days ago, so I assume that is how/when is started. I have tried reinstalling Camera raw as some posts have indicated it could be related to Raw, but that did not fic anything. I am using CR v16x.
Is anyone awre of a fix?

Thanks Erik - I did go there first but have it set to 5000. In the past 30 minutes, I opened in Photoshop 5 or 6 of the images that had no thumbnail. For each one, I made a "fake change", added a layer, then deleted the layer, then clicked Save. After that the thumbnail appeared. The only con of that is that I would have to open every image without a tumbnail and do the same. Thanks

Have you tried selecting the troublesome images, right click and choose "Purge Cache for Selection" ?
That will rebuild the thumbnails and possibly effect a cure.

Hey, jamesh12532114. I'll need more details to help you figure this out.
What version of the operating system are you using?
Please let us know that cache or thumbnails are regenerating in central cache or in Exported cache folder. Also, please mention how you are updating Camera Raw
Try these below steps:
1. In the preference's panel under cache->increase the cache size to max.
2. Check the purge cache that is older than n days. Increase the n value.
3. Automatically Export Cache to a folder when possible.
Let us know if this helps.
Thanks!
Shivani
