adobe bridge 2019 function help labels will not go away

I can't figure out why my adobe bridge 2019 function help labels will not go away. once they open they stay on the screen until I quit.

Everything is updated - not sure what else to do.

What operating system and what version of it?

How much RAM in your computer?

What video card as well?

I should clarify - the labels show up when I am in camera raw window

mac os High Sierra version 10.13.6

macbook pro retina early 2015

memory 8 GB

Adobe Bridge CC 2019

Adobe Photoshop Camera Raw 2017 v 10.1.0.864

Im having the same issue with Adobe bridge 2019 when editing with Camera Raw (v 10.1.0.864) the tooltip will not go away, once they are open they staying on the screen until eventually there are so many I can’t see what I’m doing, this is really bugging me now! Anyone have a fix?
