Bridge will not pull video files from an SD card and put them into dated folders using Photo Downloader. This has been a problem across several versions of the application. Current system is Mac OS 11.4 and Bridge Version is 11.1.0.175. Files that it stalls on are MP4 video files. The downloader will transfer image files all day until it runs into a video file. At which point it delivers the error message "adobe bridge cannot obtain all files from this device." No the video files are not corrupted. Yes, they transfer from the card reader fine with the finder. Yes, the privacy settings for Bridge are set to allow full disk, folder and file access. No I am not expereiencing this with only one SD card. Adobe, how about fixing your software? It's a file browsing and management software that is supposed to work with video files...
