Adobe Bridge CS5

Hi.  I recently upgraded to Catalina and now my version of Adobe Bridge CS5 doesn't even open anymore.  Its name has changed to Adobe Bridge CS5 alias.  I can't figure out how to upgrade it and I'm not particularly talented with this type of stuff.  Is anyone aware of how a ludite like me can update Bridge?  Much appreciated and apologies if its a stupid question.

Sorry. The upgrade to Catalina made opening CS5 DOA. It's time to also update to one of the Photoshop plans.
