Adobe Bridge hard drive inaccessible

New Here ,
Oct 28, 2019 Oct 28, 2019

Hi,
I have installed an update on Adobe Bridge. Unfortunately answered NO, where I would answer YES, to access drives internally and externally. Have tried and uninstall, which does not help. The hard drives are and are inaccessible. What do I do, can you help me ...?
I use mac OS Catalina. 10:15
Sincerely, Jørn Areklett Omre / NN

The Permissions for Bridge, like justa bout all Mac applications is under the "name" menu as shown below:

Note that you can also access your ACR preferences here as well.

All that said, I'm not fully sure you can OK the accessing of hard drives from any option within Preferences.

Please try this:

1) Quit Bridge

2) locate the Bridge application in the Finder and double click on it while holding the Shift-Option-Control keys at the same time. This should bring up a window that asks if you want to delete the current preferences, say "Yes." Then Bridge will create brand new Preferences.

But please be aware: On Monday, Adobe will release a brand new release of Bridge that should work better with Catalina than version 2019 works with Catalina. Please keep your eye for this.

Good luck!
