Adobe Bridge its not working

I upgraded to the latest versions of After Effects and Bridge ... and now I can't move the files that I view in Bridge.

Where are you trying to move these files from and where to?

Hello, thanks for replying.
My OS is Windows
I am using After Effects and Bridge 2020
I have both programs open. When I try to drag, for example, a file to my After project panel (before you always did this) It does not let me drop it there

Have you tried to reinstall  Bridge 2020?

Well I was finally able to find out what it was. I had After open as administrator and the other program did not .
