Adobe Bridge not responding

Hello.  I attempted to open Bridge (versions 11.0, 10.11 and 9.1), which has been updated, and in each case the software froze with the message "Not Responding."  I have not seen this behvior before.  I'm on a PC.  Any suggestions?  Thank you
