adobe bridge switches from working folder to desktop for no reason

Been having this issue for a while. Updates do not help. New operating system does not help either.

Co-worker in office running a separately licensed Adobe CC/Bridge has same issue but at different times.

Can you please reset Bridge preferences and let us know if the issue persists.

  • Start Adobe Bridge and immediately press Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows) or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS) until the Reset Settings dialog box appears.

  • Select  options--Reset Preferences & Reset Standard Workspaces--and then click OK.
