Adobe Bridge is INSTALLING on my pc EVERY day without me doing it. To say I'm getting a little peeved would be an understatement. If it keeps happening I am canceling my subscription.

That doesn't sound right. Would you mind telling us which operating system are you working on?
Also, which version of Bridge is getting installed on your computer automatically?
Could you try signing out and signing back into the Creative Cloud Desktop app and let us know if it helps?
