Adobe photo downloader has encountered a problem and needs to close

I am getting error message when trying to uploaded photos as per the attached. Can someone help please.  Error code c00000005 Address: 5d276866

I get this error consistently also.

Me too, when downloading large numbers of photos from my phone.

I get it also why does it automatically try to go thru 50k photos if I only need one album or folder? The software cant handle any large numbers of photos. Its a joke.
