apply auto grayscale mix when converting to grayscale

I have 2020 instructions for Bridge that state I need to go to: Edit> Camera Raw Preferences> then click "apply auto grayscale mix when converting to grayscale" however, in my new Bridge 2023 I cannot find this Default Image Setting. My question is where can I find the selection to "apply auto grayscale mix when converting to grayscale"?

This preference setting was removed a while ago. The best workaround to reproduce this legacy workflow would be to create a preset that just selected some B&W profile and also sets auto gray mixer weights.
