Blank screen with black boxes

When I open Bridge i'm getting a blank screen with black boxes. I can use the dropdowns but any dialogue boxes that appear are blacked out. I have tried reinstalling the app, emptying the caches and reseting the prefs, I think, as it's difficult to do when i can't see what I'm selecting.

This is a far-fetched, wild guess, but just in case: things like this starts happening on Windows when your Windows drive (C:) gets full. Perhaps worth checking!

Thanks, but loads of space. Guessing it's a version issue, I'm on 2021 and can't upgrade.
