Bridge 10.0 on Mac, no thumbnail preview

Explorer ,
Dec 07, 2019 Dec 07, 2019

I’m running Adobe Bridge 2020 (Version 10.0.0.124) on a Mac with Catalina (10.15.1).

In a finder window, I can see a preview of a raw camera image, but that image is NOT visible when looking at the same folder in Bridge.  I have cleared all the filters I can find in Bridge, sorted the files every way imaginable and tried every workspace option.  I know the image file is valid because I can open it in Photo shop.

Do I just need to wait for a functional version of Bridge to be released?

Hi there,

Sorry that your image thumbnail is not visible in Bridge 10.0 on Mac 10.15.1.

Could you please take a look at this article https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/generic-icons-camera-raw-files.html and let us know if that helps?

Thanks,

Akash

Thanks for that help, clearing the cache seems to have improved things. I’ll certainly put it through the paces to verify.

The article threw me initially because I never got to the RAW plug-in. Perhaps clearing the cache should be the first step. And just so you know, there are some subtleties in the article that are out of date with the current revision of Bridge.
