Bridge 11 is unable to start after update

Hi

 

My Bridge was automatically updated to version 11 on my windows 10 and now is not launching.

Each time I click on the icon I see a message sdaying "The operation could no be completed".

 

- I have uninstalled the product, restarted my windows and then installed Bridge again but the problem remain.

- I have pressed alt-ctrl-shift when Bridge is launched and marked all the three options but the problem remains.

Every Adobe update becomes a nightmare...  😞

Any clue to solve the problem will be appreciated,
