Bridge 13 (all versions) will not open Files menu (Windows 10)

When I open the latest version of Bridge, I cannot open the Files menu or any other selection from the menu bar. I cannot close Bridge with the Close button. There is also a blank area at the top of the screen, and when I click on it, it seems to click through to the desktop. 

I tried to reset preferences using CTRL-ALT-SHIFT but Bridge did not respond to this. I uninstalled and reverted to previous versions until I got one that worked, which is Bridge 12. Any help appreciated.

Update: I discovered that this problem was caused by a video driver glitch that was fixed by a reboot. This thread can be closed.
