Just installed 13.0.3.693 and it has fixed a couple of issues for me. One thing that seems not to be reported before and isn't fixed is checkered edges on PSD files even when there is only a background layer in the image. With different zoom levels the position of these edges change. To make it plainly visible I have simply made an image with a black background layer
I see this on systems with completly different setup for monitor etc. (all with OS Windows 10). Can anybody confirm this?
