New Here ,
Oct 19, 2018 Oct 19, 2018

Hi,

I’m running the very latest bridge 2019 version. On some rare folders I cant generate the cache on the folder. It just says that an error occured and that’s it. Where can I find detailed logs about the encountered error ?

thanks

Hi melaniek14458381,

Please try generating cache after resetting preferences.

  • Start Adobe Bridge and immediately press Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows) or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS) until the Reset Settings dialog box appears.

  • Select options--Reset Preferences and  Reset Standard Workspaces and then click OK.

If the issue persists, please let me know the file formats for which you are facing issues.

LATEST

I installed the very latest bridge update this morning. I’m now running 9.0.1.216. I was hoping my problem would be solved, but it is unfortunately not the case.
