My bridge 2019  has started to fail to launch. All I get is "operation could not be completed"

Reinstalled several times but get the same result.

Can use 2018 okay.

Any one having the same problem?

It had been working fine till yesterday when this issue started.

Hi phillipbeach,

Can you please reset preferences  and let us know if the issue persists.

  • Start Adobe Bridge and immediately press Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows) or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS) until the Reset Settings dialog box appears.

  • Select all three options--Reset Preferences, Reset Standard Workspaces, and Purge Entire Thumbnail Cache--and then click OK.
