Bridge 2020 10.0.1 Problems slow loading and buggy on windows 10

Just upgraded and its driving me crazy. Having to run 10.0.1 as adminstrator to get it to load anything and loading is painfully slow.

What is happening???

How old is machine?

Is this a windows 10 upgrade from a earlier OS?

How much memory? What size hard drive? How much space does hard drive have left?
