Bridge 2020 Photo Downloader does not retain settings

On older versions of Bridge, the Photo downloader used to retain it's settings and copyright metadata text. It seems that the 2020 version doesn't. Is this a bug or is there something in the settings that I have to check?

Same problem and I wonder why is there NO solution from Adobe ???

Its been reported as a bug so Adobe is aware.
