Bridge 2023 auto quitting

I just installed the latest version of Bridge (v13.0.0.562) onto my Apple 24" M1. Now when I close the work window (red button, upper left) the application quits. Is this a new feature for Bridge 2023?

With the new ability to have multiple Content Panels, the ability to have multiple windows was removed. 

Regrettably, this is now the "new normal." I do not know if they can have both.

I can't stand this "feature". This is the only app I have that quits when I click the red button and I keep forgetting and clicking it. There is not even an option under settings to switch this off??
