I have used "bridge cc 2017", and this application always "not responding" when I click for navigating the image in any folders. Waiting for 20 - 30 seconds, it will come back to be used and will back to "not responding" again forever. How do I solve this problem? Please.
1. Open Creative Cloud app.
2. Open Bridge from the app.
(Don't open Bridge directly from its icon.)
This has worked for me. This is an old question, but hopefully the answer helps.

Have you tried reinstalling Bridge?
Please tell us which operating system are you using?

First, Thank you so much for your answering.
- I have some information to tell you, I have 3 licenses of Adobe CC 2017. All of licenses, the Bridge always "not responding".
- I have reinstalled the Bridge many times, as same as my colleagues. And the Bridge still "not responding" again and again.
- The operating system is Windows 7.(My organization still uses this operating system and still not up to newer).
I hope Adobe can help us about this issue. Please!

Hi Sahil,
I have done follow those steps as your mention, but Bridge still shows "not responding" after 4-5 times clicks. Please find out this solution urgently because my main jobs are applied by Bridge.

I have the same problem and starting from CC Desktop no longer works since the latest update. I have re -installed several times, without success. This failure is substantially affecting my work flow. In effect I am paying a monthly fee for software that simply wastes my time.

Hi, @H_R_S, asking a (hopefully) dumb question, but which version of Bridge are you using? This thread is referencing Bridge 2017. Are you using Bridge 2025 or something earlier?
Also, are you on a Mac or PC? (Answers may vary depending on what system you are on).
