Community Beginner ,

Hi, My Bridge 2018 crashes when I try to open the info panel on multiple files. I tried switching to 2017 and it still happened. I did not have this problem until we updated to the 2018. Any tips??

Hi Jennifer,

A couple of questions:

*Would you please let us know if you're on a MAC or Windows?

*Are these images stored on your local drive or an external drive which might be connected to your machine or a network drive?

*Please confirm the file formats which you are trying to check when Bridge crashes or is this happening with random file formats.

Regards,

Sheena

Hi,

Please also suggest the Bridge build number that you are using. The build number is available on "About Bridge..." screen.

And what file you are using for launching the File Info dialog, can you share that file?

Thanks,

Deepak Gupta
