Hi Michelle,

Well, that's wrong. It should not be happening.

However, to provide any kind of help we need to know What is your OS (and what release) and what version/release of Bridge are you using.

Also, if you've tried to do any maintenance/repair operations to fix the Bridge problem, what have you done already? (That way we're not going to suggest you do something you've already done.)

I'm having a similar problem. In my experience it's completely NORMAL for new versions of Photoshop and After Effects to crash, hang, etc.  but Bridge usually performs relatively okay. Not this time. It hangs, especially when I quickly navigate back and forth between folders. It looks like the app can't keep up. This can take 10 sec or a minute before it unfreezes. I usually just terminate the application and restart.

I'm on Win 10

Bridge verison 12.0.1.246

The extra time these issues with Adobe apps take -every time there's an update that 'fixes instability issues' - remains shockingly high compared to any other software I use, ever.

I shouldn't have to do 'maintanance' after an update.. The update should be the maintanance.
