Hi everyone, I have tried researching this for hours prior to no avail.
I installed Bridge for the first time this week, (11.0.2 and 10.1.1) and I can't even open it. I have a wonderful system that's more than capable, and all of my other Adobe Software works perfectly fine, (AE, PS, AI).
Has anyone found a fix to this issue? It simply closes the program seconds after I launch it. Thanks for any responses!
Basically the moment I open the program it closes. There is no lag of any sort, the program opens, stays on the home screen for about 1 second, then swiftly exits as if I just closed the program with task manager.
I haven't been able to click a single button in the program since I installed it, it closes too quickly.
Steps for WinOS - 1. Press key: win + R 2. Run Command “regedit” 3. Goto Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Bridge 2021\Preferences 4. Add new Key “LogLevel” (type DWORD (32-bit) value) 5. Launch Bridge and let it crash. 6. Share the log file (BridgeLog.log) from the location %appdata%\Roaming\Adobe\Bridge 2021 .
