Bridge CS4 used on a network

Community Beginner ,

I was wondering what was the best way in setting up Bridge CS4 on a network (12 to 24 workstations). I don't want each computer to have to load the thumbnails from my image bank (around 70,000 images). I know there is an option to build and export cache inside my image bank folders. But is there a way I could have a central cache that all the computers could read from? If so could it be updated as soon as we add another folder of pictures?

As an extra question, is there a way to export smart collections other than manually?

Thanks for your time
