Bridge does not rate or mark the SD card, reinstalling did not help, resetting the cache and settings is also not help...
Installed the latest version of the program at the moment.

Good, I'm very glad your problem was so easily solved, but it's generally not a good practice to do ratings, labels, or other cullings inside the camera card. It is always best practice to first move the images to your computer and then do these processes. Yes, a number of people do that, but also, a number of people do not put a copy of their images onto a 2nd backup drive and haven't had a single hard drive crash YET.
