Bridge gives an error on startup

Bridge gives an error on startup. The program cannot be closed by regular methods. The problem appeared before the last update and did not disappear after the update. Reinstalling the program didn't help.

If i get start the program with the command + option + shift buttons pressed and click on clear the cache, the program starts correctly, than if i dont press the program starts with an error.
