Bridge has stopped working as it is no longer recognizing any of the connected disk drives

I switched to windows 10 a few months ago

 

Last week adobe bridge stopped working.  It loads but does not find any drives other than c drive and does not display any photographs

 

Can you help me fix this

Hi there,

 

Sorry that Bridge has stopped working as it no longer recognizes any of the connected disk drives and hence not showing the images you need to work with.

 

Which version of Bridge are you using and what is your operating system? Are you using external drives except the C drive that Bridge is able to read?

 

Would you mind restarting your computer and unplug/replug the drives again to your computer?
