Bridge Libraries Panel Not Loading at Start-up

The first time I log into Bridge each day the Libraries panel does not load 9 times out of 10 with a message telling me I need to be logged into my Adobe CC account. I am logged in and under the Help menu in Bridge it also indicates that I am logged in.

If I terminate Bridge and relaunch it the Library Panel sometimes connects to my account and libraries. If that does not work I've also noticed that logging out of my account in Bridge terminates the program. Relaunchning it again will then connect to my account most of the time and allow access to my libraries.

CC, Photoshop, and Lightroom all connect with my Libraries as expected all the time even when Bridge does not.

I am now running Bridge 10.1.1.166 on Win 10 Pro 2004 build 19041.508. This problem, however, orrurs in earlier versions of Windows and Bridge.

I have reported this problem a number of times over the last two years. I received acknowledgement of the probem from Adobe representatives Jeffery Tranberry and Swati Agarwal some months ago but nothing recently. Yet the broblem still persists. And a number of other Adobe customers have responded to my earlier posts reporting the same behavior.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? An update from Adobe would be greatly appriciated.
