Only a few images show thumbnails in folders in Bridge from my thumb drive. All images on my computer's hard drive display fine. I've tried resetting the preferences, purging the cache for the folders, increasing the thumnail cache max size, and restarting Bridge. Any other suggestions? I'm using Windows 11.

I should note that I moved all these files to my computer and they still aren't showing thumbnails, even after clearing the cache and restarting Bridge.

I've been continuing my troubleshooting and now think there is something wrong with the DNG files themselves. I opened a few in RawTherapee and although thumbnails did show up, when I opened them the images had a bunch of weird anomalies in them that look like random rainbow corners all over the images. I think the either iPhone they were taken on or the thumb drive is messed up.

Thank you for doing the thumb drive test.
Can you share one of the files here?
How are you transferring the files from your phone to your computer/thumb drive?
Thank you

I would share one here but they all exceed the max upload size of 40MB. I'm pretty sure it is the thumb drive. The last time I tried to open it it would just spin.

Hi @George29467121mbq5, if you were the one who marked your above answer as correct, I "un"-"correct answered" it because it describes a situation or condition as opposed to a solution to a situation or condition. I hope you understand.
Where did these DNGs come from? If a camera, which one? If they came from software, which one? [Note: for example, Silverfast (scanning software) can create DNGs, but they are not fully rendered properly by Adobe Software. You need to use the SilverFast HDR software to work with them.]
Thank you,
